2015: The Year of Volatility (2015: Rok volatility)

The previous article was devoted to the topic of volatility from the perspective of bonus certificates. It was mentioned that market volatility almost critically influences their valuations and lives. After series of articles on the topic of bonus certificates let us have a closer look on the market volatility of the year 2015, which is slowly reaching to its end. The first quarter of 2015 was for the equities markets rather positive. Though stock prices were falling in the very beginning of the year, they, however, recovered fast and returned on the growth path afterwards. The growth of stock prices was visible especially in Europe, which largely benefited from the March launched quantitative easing by the European Central Bank.
